The Initial Order Process
You can place an order through the secure server on our website, which guides you step by step through this quick and easy process. If you don't like the idea of ordering online, feel free to call our knowledgeable customer service team on freephone 0800 180 4488. They will help you place your order over the phone. Your print, photography or sculpture will then be sourced form our collection and inspected by a member of staff. All our artworks are handled in a very professional manner thus reducing the risk of damage.
Attention To Detail
All artworks are first wrapped in bespoke paper and sealed inside cardboard to ensure that they do not get damaged during transit.
Packaging
We hand pack every order using bespoke packaging that has been designed by us, and produced especially for this purpose. Each print or photography is flat packed, which makes it durable, lightweight, and gives protection. Each sculpture and piece of glassware is bubble-wrapped and sent in a srong box. We value each and every artwork and make every effort to safeguard it before sending it off to our customers.
Certificate Of Authenticity
A certificate of authenticity is normally included with the print or sculpture being sent. The certificate of authenticity states the artist, title, edition size, image size and medium. It is printed with the artist's signature and the publisher's signature.
Seal Of Approval
