Art News |
This Spring has proven very exciting for New Releases and New Artists. Many artists have been pushing the boundaries of their chosen practise, with brilliant results! CollectorsPrints.co.uk showcases them all.
Check out new tongue in cheek works from Caroline Shotton, Doug Hyde and Mark Grieves. There are naive landscapes from Paul Corfield, as well as intricate cityscapes from Luois Sidoli, Jeff Rowland, Neil Dawson and Henderson Cisz.
We would like to recommend the work of new artist Nick Potter - a tip for the future, his new works on Box Canvas really light up the room and are both beautifully painted and well considered.

Lorenzo Quinn »
As one of CollectorsPrints.co.uk's best loved Sculptors, Lorenzo Quinn's career continues to go from strength to strength. Indeed, his work has been chosen as the inaugural exhibition at the new Halcyon Gallery which opened last month.
Lorenzo Quinn's career was always destined to be in the arts, with his father being Oscar winning actor Anthony Quinn. Indeed, Lorenzo stared in the 1990 Biopic of Salvador Dali to much critical acclaim. However, Quinn's future lay in sculpture and after achieving his first exhibition in 1986, Lorenzo has gone on to have over 100 exhibitions worldwide. Quinn's abilities have been compared to those of Rodin; indeed, his ability to sculpt the human hand is said to be second to none.
Quinn's work is highly collectable and the feelings he evokes with his sculpture reach across all cultural boundaries; the images are straight from the heart. To view Lorenzo's collection, please click here.

Julius Shulman »
Architectural Image Maker
One of the great Architectural Photographers of the 20th century, Julius Shulman's images of iconic buildings make for some of the most well known architectural images ever seen. The buildings that he photographed were made even more visually enticing by Shulman's stunning staged photography; his use of people within the confines of the architectural photography was unheard of.
Always managing to convey a sense of a building within the landscape it inhabited, Shulman is a hugely gifted and pioneering image maker. His past images have documented an era of architectural greatness, even when the buildings themselves have succumbed to dilapidation or adaptation - the revolutionary Shulman image survives.
CollectorsPrints.co.uk are lucky enough to be able to present to you a rare opportunity to purchase, for the first time ever, a range of Shulman's best loved and most interesting imagery in Limited Edition format. The 12 images that are available are all in small editions of 60 worldwide; each piece is also hand signed by Julius Shulman.
These images are a worldwide phenomenon - and present a fantastic opportunity to invest in an artwork that has a distinctive edge of quality, timelessness and exclusivity
